Plans and billing

There is no paid trial or annual plan at launch. Anti-abuse and email limits still apply. Billing is per workspace, not per team member.
Manage payments
Section titled “Manage payments”Open Settings → Billing. Owners/Admins manage billing; Members view plan and usage. When activated, upgrade opens Stripe Checkout, where eligible promotion codes can be entered. Manage billing opens Stripe’s portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation. If a confirmed change has not appeared on return, use Refresh status. A return URL alone does not prove payment.
Cancel and prepare for Free
Section titled “Cancel and prepare for Free”Cancel renewal through the Stripe portal. Under the planned policy, Paid access continues to the displayed period end. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Final terms must be approved before live billing.
Save downgrade choices in Billing: one widget and up to ten published reviews. Without choices, the oldest enabled widget and ten most recently published reviews remain. Extras are disabled or become Pending, not deleted. Existing saved widgets remain editable, but creation is blocked while above the Free saved-widget limit. Upgrading later does not automatically republish extras.
The current implementation does not extend Paid access for an unpaid renewal. Final payment-failure/grace and tax policies still require owner approval. Ask support about discrepancies; never send card details.
Complimentary access
Section titled “Complimentary access”Operators may grant Paid capabilities for testing or promotions, with or without expiry. Grants are separate from subscriptions and do not automatically cancel them. Promotion codes instead change eligible Stripe charges.
